FRP board for punching processing *Ideal for insulation boards for switches and motors!
A thin plastic sheet that withstands press cutting! An FRP material with excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance!
〇 Punching Process This is a processing method where the material is sandwiched between the male mold (punch) and female mold (die), and then punched out using a press machine to obtain products or parts with a specified shape. Compared to machining processes that involve cutting the material, this method has the advantage of enabling mass production in a short time, which is why many thin products and parts are produced using this technique. 〇 Thermosetting Resin Laminates The thin plastic sheets for punching processing provided by Rishou Industry are referred to as "thermosetting resin laminates" according to JIS standards. These are made by stacking a specified number of base materials (called prepreg) that have been impregnated and partially cured with thermosetting phenolic or epoxy resins onto paper, cloth, or glass fabric, and then pressing them under high temperature and high pressure. Unlike plastic sheets made by extruding or pouring thermoplastic resins into molds, these are fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP) that are enhanced with fibrous base materials, providing excellent mechanical strength and resistance to punching processes. 〇 For Cost Reduction and Production Efficiency We would like to remind you that there are plastic sheets that can withstand press punching, and we encourage you to consider these for cost reduction and production efficiency.
